Accessing Money

There are a number of banks and Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) in Byron Bay. Banks are open from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (except on public holidays). ATMs are accessible 24 hours a day.

The Internet is readily available on campus during opening hours.

You can purchase portable broadband Wi-Fi and plug and play devices (pre-paid or on a contract/plan) from the service providers below. It is worth doing your research to make sure you get a deal that suits your needs and budget.

Accommodation in Byron Bay

SAE Byron Bay is the only site in Australia to offer its students purpose-built accommodation, on campus.

Nestled amongst landscaped rainforest gardens, the accommodation is located adjacent to the main teaching and learning hub.

The accommodation facilities include twin share rooms with communal kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry amenities. There is a dedicated recreational area with free Wi-Fi access.

The central location of the Byron Bay campus ensures student residents have easy access to local shopping, community and social services, and recreational facilities.
